1. Mouse over the Violin Practice Method tab and select either VP Foundation, VP Developing or VP Advanced.  Select the appropriate level (A1,A2,A3, etc), then select the step/activity you wish to do.

Order is VP Method>>>Foundation/Developing/Advanced>>>Level>>>Step>>>Activity  (Warm Up, Skills and Drills, etc)

Each "Step" begins with a "Warm Up" activity.  Click on the box with the big #1.  You will be guided through the rest of the activities in sequence by clicking on the word "NEXT" above each video.
